I recently ordered two Ariana Grande products from Sensa Beauty, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I did receive one of the items, I never received the second shipment, despite being charged for both.

I’ve been trying to resolve this issue by reaching out to customer service multiple times to get the second order number to locate my order. However, each time I contact them, I receive the same response stating that the shipment was delivered. This is frustrating, especially since the second item was intended as a Christmas gift.
Despite my efforts to communicate the situation, I feel stuck and unheard. It’s disheartening to see that they have already charged my account twice without providing a satisfactory resolution. I’d like to get the answer of what happened to my second order. I’ve lost money on this and no one‘s responding.
