“I would’ve given five stars, however sensa never got back to me after my preset was returned and I was still charged. my recent order #64113082, which was placed on November 19, 2024 and on 11/19/2024 10 minutes after my order was placed I sent an email stating that I entered the wrong address. However, I was told that it was too late for me to change the address and wait until it gets returned back to your company if undeliverable. I have confirmed returned to you by the delivery service on 11/22/24 1:27 PM. However, I never got any updated response that you receive this item back.
