“I recently ordered from this website and I am HIGHLY disappointed in the product itself and also the service. I ordered a Bond no. 9 fragrance from Sensa Beauty. I have purchased this fragrance several times in the past so I am familiar with the scent profile; as well as the amazing projection and longevity of the scent. The fragrance that Sensa Beauty sent me smelled identical to Bond however, the scent only lasted less than an hour and had no projection at all. The overall performance of the fragrance from Sensa was weak. So this was clearly a fake bottle. This bottle also didn't have a batch number; which indicates that it specifally came from Bond. I emailed Sensa to express my concerns and demand a refund. They told me they would only give me 75% store credit. Why would I want purchase from this store if now I am aware that they sell fake fragrances?!?!? Since my last email they have totally stopped responding to me in totality. I feel cheated out of my money and scammed. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau for selling fake fragrances.”
