Still waiting for refund amount after our return of the item that was misordered due to missing info on the website. Was not prominantly noted on ordering site that the fragrance was a Mens frangrance rathrer than for women.

You admitted in your email that you did not see it but it does not mean that it's missing. On the other hand, we have processed the refund as requested.

I recently ordered two Ariana Grande products from Sensa Beauty, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I did receive one of the items, I never received the second shipment, despite being charged for both. The one item order Number: 64113082 I’ve been trying to resolve this issue by reaching out to customer service multiple times to get the second order number to locate my order. However, each time I contact them, I receive the same response stating that the shipment was delivered. This is frustrating, especially since the second item was intended as a Christmas gift. Despite my efforts to communicate the situation, I feel stuck and unheard. It’s disheartening to see that they have already charged my account twice without providing a satisfactory resolution. I’d like to get the answer of what happened to my second order. I’ve lost money on this and no one‘s responding.

Hi Connie, thank you for your review. I am happy we were able to fix your issue and we appreciate you sharing your updated review as another review. I wanted to share it here in case anyone else wanted to see. --- I received my items on a timely manner, and they responded very quickly when I had questions about my shipment unfortunately, the second shipment they were very propped, but my neighbor held onto one of my items and returned it to me figured I was at home. I’m very impressed with their prop service and I’m very glad that I chose this company. I tell all my friends and family about the service the products the savings.

I would’ve given five stars, however sensa never got back to me after my preset was returned and I was still charged. my recent order #64113082, which was placed on November 19, 2024 and on 11/19/2024 10 minutes after my order was placed I sent an email stating that I entered the wrong address. However, I was told that it was too late for me to change the address and wait until it gets returned back to your company if undeliverable. I have confirmed returned to you by the delivery service on 11/22/24 1:27 PM. However, I never got any updated response that you receive this item back. I would like to request that this order be rerouted to my address 33 cottonwood Ln., Uncasville, CT 06382, as the charge of $116.91 has already been processed on my account on November 19th. Order Details • Order Number: 64113082 • Order Date: November 22, 2024 • Charge Amount: $116.91 • Charge Date: November 19, 2024 • Return Date: 11/22/24 Time: 1:27 PM Request I kindly ask that you reroute this package to my address as soon as possible. I have already paid for these items and would still like to receive them. If there are any issues with rerouting the package, please let me know what alternative solutions are available.

Speedy delivery. I give it 3 stars because I don’t like how the cologne I got wasn’t wrapped in the plastic wrap they are typically wrapped in as if someone has opened it
