However, each time I contact them, I receive the same response stating that the shipment was delivered. This is frustrating, especially since the second item was intended as a Christmas gift.
Despite my efforts to communicate the situation, I feel stuck and unheard. It’s disheartening to see that they have already charged my account twice without providing a satisfactory resolution. I’d like to get the answer of what happened to my second order. I’ve lost money on this and no one‘s responding.”
