Rated 1 star. Had a safety issue with a recent purchase. Contacted customer service and was told that the problem did not exist. Very demeaning! As the end user I know what I experienced and expected to at least have my issue acknowledged. Also, no one answers the phone. Had to send an email and did not get a response for days.
