“I’ve been very happy with the products. There were some personnel changes occurring in the shipping department when I last placed an order, and one of the leaders of the company actually stepped in to make sure my order was shipped, which was amazing! Recommended!”
“I placed an order over a month ago. I never received shipping confirmation or my order. I emailed them. I never received a response. I called their number listed. It’s not their number. It’s a number for quicken. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m feeling like I got ripped off. I really like their products but I will never order from them again.”

Thankfully I have a credit card receipt to contest the fraudulent sale. There are many similar complaints on social media. Do not buy anything from this horrible company.”
“The customer service is non existent. Almost a month ago I received a box with a product that leaked all over and was more than half empty. I immediately emailed the company. No reply. I emailed again, tried the chat, tried calling that was a long wait and then received a “goodbye” and hang up. This makes the company feel untrustworthy to me and I will not purchase their products again.”
“Products ok, customer service not. Sent expired products after multiple avenues to contact company, via chat,phone and emails, I finally received response that wasn't accommodating. I was advised if product smelled ok then its ok to use. Well the point of the inquiry was that I was sent expired products in the first place. So, from this experience I will not reorder.”
“Rated 1 star. Had a safety issue with a recent purchase. Contacted customer service and was told that the problem did not exist. Very demeaning! As the end user I know what I experienced and expected to at least have my issue acknowledged. Also, no one answers the phone. Had to send an email and did not get a response for days.

“We're so thankful to find nontoxic cleaning products that clean well. The tub and tile cleaner cleans well without having to wait several minutes for the chemical odors to lessen. And it's so difficult to find a stone and granite cleaner that's not harmful to stone, granite and humans. We're completely happy with both products.”
“I’ll be honest, at the beginning, I was one that thought those “natural” cleaners didn’t do anything but just smell good. I’m a housecleaner, and I’ve tried so many things to clean. I actually got mad when one of my clients bought Sensitive Home products. Because I thought they were not going to work. But oh boy, was I wrong!!! These products are the real deal.
