“I placed an order over a month ago. I never received shipping confirmation or my order. I emailed them. I never received a response. I called their number listed. It’s not their number. It’s a number for quicken. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m feeling like I got ripped off. I really like their products but I will never order from them again.”
“placed an order worth $71 a month ago, never received an order confirmation, company has not responded to 5 separate messages requesting status or order. They do not provovide a telephone number. Thankfully I have a credit card receipt to contest the fraudulent sale. There are many similar complaints on social media. Do not buy anything from this horrible company.”
“The customer service is non existent. Almost a month ago I received a box with a product that leaked all over and was more than half empty. I immediately emailed the company. No reply. I emailed again, tried the chat, tried calling that was a long wait and then received a “goodbye” and hang up. This makes the company feel untrustworthy to me and I will not purchase their products again.”
“Rated 1 star. Had a safety issue with a recent purchase. Contacted customer service and was told that the problem did not exist. Very demeaning! As the end user I know what I experienced and expected to at least have my issue acknowledged. Also, no one answers the phone. Had to send an email and did not get a response for days.

Because your order was damaged in transit by the carrier, it did take longer for you to receive the products due to the need to send a replacement order.
