“Products ok, customer service not. Sent expired products after multiple avenues to contact company, via chat,phone and emails, I finally received response that wasn't accommodating. I was advised if product smelled ok then its ok to use. Well the point of the inquiry was that I was sent expired products in the first place. So, from this experience I will not reorder.”
“So far the products seem ok. Not happy with spray bottles or packaging. Two products were delivered damaged; one bottle had a crack, so the liquid leaked all in the box; the other bottle has a defective sprayer that just swivels every time I use it. The last time I used the defective sprayer, the spray nozzle completely detached and the liquid went all over my floor and walls as the open bottle fell to the ground. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but no one followed up. Attached is an image of the cracked bottle.”
