“I ordered the dish soap and It was delivered with the seal broken and the bag was a mess. I responded with a quality issue. You were kind enough to resend more but still had the same issue. I chose not to say anything. But you really need to rethink your packaging.”
Hi Candace. We're so sorry the Dish Soap bottles leaked again during transit with UPS. The bottles themselves are very sturdy but despite all of our "handle with care" messaging on the box, UPS handling can still be very rough. We're continually trying new ways to pack the products to ensure orders arrive without damage.
“So far the products seem ok. Not happy with spray bottles or packaging. Two products were delivered damaged; one bottle had a crack, so the liquid leaked all in the box; the other bottle has a defective sprayer that just swivels every time I use it. The last time I used the defective sprayer, the spray nozzle completely detached and the liquid went all over my floor and walls as the open bottle fell to the ground. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but no one followed up. Attached is an image of the cracked bottle.”

Because your order was damaged in transit by the carrier, it did take longer for you to receive the products due to the need to send a replacement order. We're sorry our products did not meet your expectations. That's certainly not something we want anyone in our sensitive community to experience. “Love the chemcial free formula. The Granite cleaner does not leave any streaks on my granite counters!! The All Purpose cleaner is great too. Not smell, no residue, just clean and safer than many other products out there. Would like to see a large, eco friendly refillable option to save on plastic spray bottles.”
