However, sending a small pair of rubber diaphragms, weight about 120 gms by special carrier at over £11 was extortionate when they could easily have been sent first or second class post for significantly less. The web site should at very least give an option to choose a despatch method rather than what felt like an untimatum at the end of the purchase process. If I could have found the product elsewhere I would have done. (The questions below are not relevant as I did not contact the company) Disappointed.
