I received a delivery of roses and iris from my partner. When I opened the box they looked quite battered really and not that healthy. Needless to say that the buds did not open on the roses and the iris. Had to throw several away after a few days. I was told by Neale after I sent them an email that I was out if the 5 day complaint service! Not a good company to deal with and very disappointed.
