Nice website, that’s it! Paid a premium for an extra large bouquet and scheduled day delivery for a friend’s birthday. Flowers arrived a day late and in terrible condition. Very disappointed!

I purchased flowers and a package that was to delivered the next day ,two days later and still not delivered, when I contacted them to cancel the order and refund they say I order standard delivery which can be late up to 24 hour its been 2 days past the delivery date and still no refund and no delivery terrible service that's not good

Serenata Flowers managed to achieve something I previously thought impossible: making FLOWERS stressful. I ordered a very special delivery for an elderly cancer survivor, imagining joy, warmth, emotional healing etc. What I actually received was a masterclass in delayed logistics and interpretive customer service. The flowers apparently embarked on their own spiritual journey, because nobody at Serenata could tell me where they were, when they’d arrive, or how to contact an actual human being in real time. Their communication system seems to rely heavily on vague emails drifting through cyberspace long after the damage is done. And after all this? The grand gesture of goodwill was… 20% off my NEXT order. Bold of Serenata to assume there will be a next order. Nothing says “we value your custom” quite like: “Sorry we ruined your important delivery - fancy gambling again next week?” If you enjoy emotional uncertainty, mysterious logistics, and feeling personally ghosted by a bouquet, Serenata Flowers may be the company for you.

Where do I start, dead or nearly dead flowers, box almost destroyed. Complained and the replacement was as bad if not worse. Do not use this company, absolute con. Disappointment guaranteed.

Before ordering know that Serenata will not permit any cancellation (even if you are told it is possible) and any "amending the order." There is no possibility of cancelling an order : there is no telephone contact anywhere on the website. One must first register with Serenata. Then when you look at your account and are "offered" a possibility to "amend the order" It turns out to be NOT possible. Even if you are well within the time period allotted for changes, there is still no possibility. I have had to take out a formal complaint with the credit card company to attempt to retrieve my payment. I would rate their communcations as 0 - given they carry on (after you have tried to cancel within the allotted time) as though no request has been made. Dishonest company - I am not impressed and would not use again.

Mother’s Day flowers ordered in plenty of time, to be delivered the day before. No deliveries either days. No proactive follow up, I had to chase. Stalling for multiple days with banal questions instead of sending the flowers per the order. No refund and flowers so just late flowers at my expense. Worst experience, total fail. Will not use again. Actively recommend not to use.

Received as gift Mother’s Day flowers. Extremely disappointed. Looked half dead when opened the box. Few sad roses I stem gypsophlia. Seen better condition flowers thrown away. Despite this I did try with care instruction didn’t help. Within 3 days rose heads dropped had to be thrown away. What a shocking set of flowers which I am sure my daughter paid over the odds for. Do not use total waste of money.

The flowers were ordered by our son in Australia for Mother’s Day and were very disappointing. They were upside down in the box left on our doorstep by Ervi. The flowers looked like discounted old flowers in a petrol station. Flower heads missing, wilting foliage and no water in the packaging. We have advised our son never to use serenata again. Disgraceful

Very disappointed with the mother day flowers that bad i put a 35 pound bundle of dead flowers instantly in the bin and went and bought some more. Nothing like the photos. Avoid at all cost

Not the flowers advertised (could've been picked from next doors garden tbh) and massively disappointing Mother's day gift. Will never use again and suggest you don't either.

I ordered flowers, vase, chocolates and candle weeks before the order needed to be despatched. The flowers arrived, sqaushed box, a "letterbox plastic vase" and nothing else. I contacted support and was told "sorry we can't arrange delivery of the missing items, here's a refund of the items not delivered." This helps me NOTHING on the day of the birthday. Kerry replied back with typical ChatGPT copy paste responses, they refused to even attempt to fulfil my order and fobbed me off with "refunded items". They literally ruined my order and I gave them ample time to make sure things were correct and yet here we are. I will NEVER use these people ever again.

Very disappointing experience with Serenata Flowers. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and the delivery was not made. By the time I received a response, the occasion had already passed, which completely defeats the purpose of sending flowers. What was even more frustrating was the lack of a clear explanation as to why the delivery failed. I live in Australia and rely on companies like this to deliver gifts overseas, so reliability is extremely important. Unfortunately, this experience has made it difficult to trust Serenata Flowers for future orders. I hope the company improves its communication and delivery reliability, as missed occasions cannot be replaced.

I have sent a total of four emails to Seranata complaining about the non delivery of a bottle of Prosecco which I paid for. So far I have not even received an acknowledgement from them. I am determined to follow this through and expose this second rate company until justice is done.

The roses I received were definitely not fresh; they seemed to be days old when received. Most of the roses were near death and looked like they had been frozen at some point, with clear damage on all the petals. Avoid, these are no better than the flowers you can get for half the price at the supermarket!

Saddest looking bunch of flowers ever received as surprise valentines gift. Withered poppies. Benefit of the doubt given but no vibrancy or bud to bloom over 24-48 hrs or thereafter, as marketed and described despite care tips. Have picked better in Tesco’s. Wouldn’t recommend . Poor quality, no value.

Terrible experience. Ordered flowers early to arrive on 14th for Valentines Day. They finally arrived on the afternoon of 16th left upside down on the doorstep. Serenata claimed that 95% of deliveries made it on time and refused to refund. I'm quite certain that 95% is a wild guess and quite inaccurate! The flowers were mediocre and indistinguishable from supermarket flowers that would've been less than half the price. I'll never use them again and would recommend ANY other company if you want to treat somebody you care about. But if you want wedding flowers to arrive when you come home from your honeymoon, then give them a shout!

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Still no delivery by the 16th so complained. They have refunded my money but I thought at least a gesture to my partner who has missed out would be appropriate. But they refused. It’s not about the money.. it’s about the poor service. Will never use them again

Ordered 24 roses and 2 mini bears. Flowers were poor quality on delivery and only 1 bear received. Contacted the company to request the second bear and they said they were unable to send it so could only offer a refund. Totally illogical as I could go online and order one, so nothing stopping them sending it out.
