Absolutely fuming with this company. My daughter ordered a £60 boquet to be delivered for my birthday. They did look lovely when they first arrived. After a few days the roses and stocks still hadn't opened and after day 5 they completely died. Serenata informed my daughter there's nothing they can do about it. She works abroad and I don't talk to her everyday so couldn't tell her about how bad the flowers were until day 6! They've since asked for photos twice which I've sent twice and they claim not to have received my emails, they only reply to you on trust pilot!! Please please please do not use this company, once they have your money they really don't care!

Wilted, dry flowers in a cardboard box. Had died entirely within a week. Customer service very sympathetic and promised a replacement bunch, which never turned up. Terrible company. Best avoided.

Awful service! Ordered flowers for delivery surprise to a friend. Didn’t arrive! Apparently a failed delivery but formed was home with guests all day as it was her birthday! Automated email said delivery again the next day. No delivery! Now 4 days later I contact to ask for the reason and a refund or delivery, I get a response that I should send pictures of the damaged flowers if I was in happy. I reply to say no flowers arrived yet, apparently the employees also can’t read! I reply with this information and they say, no apology or anything, just, it turns out your flowers were damaged in transit and they can deliver them again fresh on a date of my choice! What a joke! One insult after the other. Awful service. Now 4 days after the supposed failed delivery and I have had my intelligence insulted twice, have paid 60£ for flowers that haven’t arrived and still have no flowers!

Ana, Stefany, Winston , Youilis are the Best Entertainment staff. Always a good time around the pool when they are there.

This used to be a great company (2017-2021) but due to repeated failure to deliver on time (specified day) and missing items form orders, I have cancelled my account.

Flowers still haven’t arrived, and we’re scheduled on Sunday. No contact number on website and no one responds to chat. I’ve used you before with a good service but now never again. Please advise how I get a refund. No photos to add as no flowers have arrived.

I usually use this company to send my mum, who lives a while away flowers for special occasions, they're usually spot on and she gets delivered a wonderful bouquet! This time however, it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Everything had wilted, not the amount of each flower that's shown. It's a great disappointment, also the fact that there Is almost no way to contact them regarding queries

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and I am now in vain trying to contact this company for a full refund. No available telephone number, none of their agents are available on line for the last 2 days. They are not responding to emails or messages submitted through their website. What should have been a joyful experience in sending flowers to celebrate a special day has brought nothing but upset and aggro. The leaves were all wilted and the flowers did not look fresh when the bouquet was delivered late on Sunday afternoon. I have photographs of the display and the flowers have been shown to various residents in my parents' retirement village. Avoid this company and use a company that provides a telephone number for its customers. Really appalling customer service.

My mum was very disappointed with flowers this time normally been very good flowers looked like they had died 3 stalks and dead greenery not good for the price hopefully the next delivery will be better

The first delivery promised was completely forgotten and the birthday missed. A second delivery was arranged 4 days later. The email stipulated the flowers were delivered to the lady concerned - no contact had been made with the recipient. Flowers just left. Pretty pictures on website but no service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EMPLOY THESE PEOPLE.

The service I received was awful. I ordered next day delivery flowers (and was guaranteed the next day service). After 3 days the flowers still hadn't been delivered, I was sent a notification saying the flowers were "out for delivery" and received no further update. Upon contacting Serenata again, i was told there had been an issue and the flowers hadn't been delivered. After FIVE days, I requested some form of compensation to be told "we can only resend or refund". I requested a refund (still to be processed) and ordered from a local florist who delivered the day I order. Avoid Serenata at all cost, stick to local florists!

Worst customer service imaginable. Flowers arrived half dead for valentines, box crushed and soaking wet. Looked nothing like the pictures when purchased and paid nearly £50. Seen better for £10 in petrol station. Would strongly advise to avoid at all costs.

My husband ordered flowers for Valentines, parcel arrive with flowers packed upside-down, the vase was broken and to be fair of very poor quality. No glass was found in the box and can only assume that vase was broken when packed for delivery. Shocking service, never to use them again.

Living in Australia, I ordered online and then cancelled within 5-10 minutes. They give you 40 minted to cancel. The order went through and I was charged. They said their customer support works from 8am till 10pm, my order came through at 1.48am.Their excuse is that the production department works different hours. I've asked for a refund, which they refuse.

I ordered two orders for loved ones in wellingborough one arrived on time but the other not yet, the tracking said d There were 91in line for delivery, then 13 in line it’s now 3am and still saying 13 th to be delivered, already a day late , what is the problem? Please contact me,,,I can not seem to speak with anyone, and I needed the flowers delivered on a special date, very disappointed,,,

Ordered Velvet Cloud for my daughter. She was going through a bad patch and I wanted something that was uplifting and would give her a happy boost! Chose these as many bouquets contain lilies which give her severe migraines. I paid extra £5 for courier delivery, as it was near Christmas and I wanted them to arrive quickly. The flowers were dismal. Yes they arrived on time, but her initial pleasure on receiving flowers was immediately damped on opening the box. A number of dead or bruised blooms amid a pathetic bunch of flowers that looked nothing like the picture I chose. Admittedly, these are supposedly sent in bud, but that does not excuse the quality of flowers sent. After a few days I contacted Seranata and received no reply. It was near Christmas and I was busy myself, so didn't contact again for further few days, when at last I did receive a reply. Eventually, they agreed to send more flowers, but it was like getting blood out of a stone, and they grudgingly said they would send more as ' this is the season of goodwill!!!!' I chose another bouquet and we waited in hope. Seranata did NOT send the flowers I had requested, but sent the same sort as previously sent out. Not dead, but the flowers were plonked in a box, completely unprotected, and sliding all over the box again, so it is no wonder they arrived bashed and bruised. I definitely will never buy from Seranata again, and I definitely do NOT recommend them. Very disappointed!

They would not change the door number when we emailed them. Saved up and bought a bunch of flowers and a box of chocolate and it is going to someone else. No help at all from them. Where is the Christmas spirit and trying to help.
