“Ordered a basket arrangement for my 90 year old mothers Christmas present. It was ordered about a week before a delivery date of Monday 23rd December. No show so I emailed Serenata the next day who replied there had been a technical issue and I had to reorder with the earliest delivery date they could offer of Saturday 28th December. Mum was obviously disappointed but was OK with this. Again a no show from Serenata, again I emailed them to get the same response, unable to fulfil order due to a technical issue and I had to reorder yet again ! What is going on Serenata ??? I obviously requested an immediate refund and will order from another company.”

“Not even worth a star. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day when arrived was not atall like the picture. Barely any flowers they were snapped and droopy. £36 is a lot of money especially when you receive that, when you could have got better from market. Disgraceful. Emailed company but had no response back. Have told many people about this, to make sure it doesn’t happen to them. L”

“I had flowers delivered and I cannot believe you send flowers which are wilting and then dead within 2 days. I have received flowers from a special who have paid you goof money and you have sent awful Flowers . I think you should be closed down.”

“Two orders placed weeks ahead of time. First arrived too early, second hasnt arrived 24 hrs after requested delivery. Expensive flowers and customer service uninterested”

“Ordered a bouquet for an 80th birthday a month in advance. Email sent at 2200 the night before to say the product was « delisted » so was entitled to a refund. Too late to order replacement - which a florist could surely do? Useless.”

“Ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday and it arrived with broken blooms. Requested for replacement and it was rejected. No refund was issued too. Bad company and will never buy from them again! Terrible service!”

“This is a SCAM. That's what’s wrong. There’s not even a 1 in front of the 800 number. Oh, and if people want their refund, you won’t get it. I advise exposing this company so no one will do business with them. Again, this is a SCAM!”

“Money taken, no flowers, no refund so far - many bot generated automated emails written by someone with zero concern for the customer. The most frustrating customer service ever. Do not recommend.”

“I was trying to cancel my order all day long. Customer service wouldn't give me any solutions, saying that the production staff already knew about it and they couldn't get through to it. Do not buy from this company, it is a scam. I will encourage family and friends not to do it either and spread the word.”

“When the flowers first came they were already dead , NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, was missing a lot of flowers in the bouquet and best description is a Lidl bouquet created by a 6 year old. THEY WERE THAT BAD NOT EXAGGERATING AND THEN when they tried to compensate me sent it to the WRONG address when I mentioned TWICE 2 separate emails to send it to a new address because there will be no one staying at the original address which they FAILED TO DO AND THENNNN REFUSE TO REFUND ME OR COMPENSATE FOR THE TRUMA AND HASSLE I HAD TO GO THROUGH IN ORDER TO GET FLOWERS TO A FRIEND FOR HER BIRTHDAY WHILE IM CURRENTLY ON HOLIDAY ACROSS THE GLOBE!!!”

“Everything went wrong. Battered box dumped on doorstep Flowers crushed with broken off blooms . When I complained was offered a derisory 10 % discount. I naturally refused and they ceased communicating. Terrible service Avoid this company at all costs”

“Flowers were left unattended so were stolen, and no card left at the intended property.serenata are denying responsibility. Don't use them they are dreadful. I would give no stars if this would be an option”

“Horrendous service Arrived damaged card screwed up box screwed up Totally ruined the whole experience Then spoke to their customer service that just kept telling me to put them in a vase when the buds were damaged the card was damaged etc DO NOT USE!!!”

“Flowers delivered a day late and rides were all wilted and the leaves were dead. Told to wait 48 hrs and they would perk up. If they are dead they won't 'perk up'. 2nd terrible experience with them! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday when I was at home. I was informed they were delivered but they were not there. It turns out the delivery driver took a picture of them in the lobby of the flat complex and then proceeded to walk out with them (this was confirmed on CCTV footage). Serenata claims as they were delivered (even though they clearly weren't and the picture showing them in my lobby doesn't not mean they were delivered) refuse to compensate me. Bunch of crooks”
