Paid bouquet on 11/12/20 to be delivered 16/12/20. Was told the flowers had been delivered that evening, all the family were home. no flowers were ever received. Checked outside and with all neighbouring houses in the small col-de-sac. Have now been told I can’t have the flowers resent or have a refund until they carry out investigations. Which could be 48 hours. Disgusting to hold the customer to account, when obviously have in house problems. Dreadful customer service. Will be taking this complaint further.

Just received a delivery from my daughter that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I've never seen such a disgusting bunch off flowers in my life most dead rest nearly dead see better getting sold of as out of date in local supermarket and not even half the price she must have payed for them thank you for wasting her present to me for my birthday

I have just had another email that if the flowers are no better send you another photo,we will not be sending you any more pictures of nearly dead flowers !! On our Ruby Wedding which was yesterday Sunday contacted you when the flowers were delivered tried to ring Saturday numerous e mails ,you saying it's normal for the Roses to look like that funny that everyone who has seen them is disgusted .so Thank you for your appalling customer service ,we have flowers from last Monday that haven't gone brown ,know freesia doesn't last but one day!!!!I worked in customer service nearly all my life I asked politely what could be done ,think we have our answer ----NOTHING

I don't have a receipt of what I ordered. When I saw the flowers that were delivered (on time...thank you) for some reason they were not what I ordered. I could be wrong but I would like a link to what I ordered. Thank you very much.

Hi I ordered flowers to be sent for a funeral. They arrived on time etc and were beautifully wrapped with a card containing my message. However some of the roses were really wilted which was disappointing.

We sent my sister some flowers which were lovely. BUT I wrote a message, sent the order, and immediately remembered I didn’t say who it was from. So got onto website and ask to change message (only to add our names) it didn’t happen, and my sister didn’t know who they where from, which took the edge off the gift. Surely just adding two names isn’t that difficult, even if thy were hand written on. She had to ring round and ask people. So in that respect not very happy. Chris Sampson

I had a notification that the flowers I ordered for delivery yesterday had been dispatched, but nothing to say they've arrived and the person I sent them to hasn't called to say 'thank you' which she has always done before. the tracking doesn't say they've been delivered. Is it possible to prevent the addition of the 'advert; telling me that I can receive a bonus discount if I recommend the company. I frequently do so but do not want to declare this , just want to complete my order and be able to return to browsing if I wish. This is not possible when the 'advert' fills the whole page.

Not a question but I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. They arrived in good time, but to be honest the flowers were very poor for the price considering you could purchase a bunch of flowers very similar to those supplied from the local supermarket at a quarter,of the price.

I left it a bit late to send flowers to my Mom in Glasgow for Mother's Day and only managed to order on 10th March for delivery 11th March. My sister was with my Mom when the flowers arrived. She took a photo of them and of a bunch she had bought for 3 British Pounds, and to be perfectly honest, there is very little difference. She was very disappointed and said I should advise you of this. My Mom loved the fact that flowers were delivered and there was a balloon too, so as far as delivery is concerned this is not a problem.

Last week I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday to the value of £29.99, they included a glass vase. When the flowers arrived the glass vase was broken! My daughter has contacted you and sent various emails regarding this but says you are being uncooperative. I have used your company for the past 6 years and l really thought you were the best. My daughter has told me to shop elsewhere but up til now I’ve been so pleased with your goods and services. Please can you look into this further, it would be much appreciated.

I'm very disappointed with the flowers I ordered on 25th February and the card they were lifeless didn't look anything like what is shown on the website n the card was ripped. I had to spend more money to go and buy flowers and another card. I'm sorry I won't be ordering again.

I wish to complain about the quality of the flowers which were delivered to my mother on 22 December. The quantity and quality were most disappointing. My mother has phoned me to day to say that the rose and 3 gerberas were dead by yesterday and that the majority of the bouquet is greenery! This is the third order from Serenata and it is the first time I've had to complain, which is especially disappointing this time. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this.

I have submitted an issue about the very poor presentation and quality of what we had received. This was responded to asking for more information. Your website then will not let me further respond with further photos or provide me an email address. I am extremely unhappy we have had to purchase replacement flowers as these were not good enough to give as a gift. I want a refund asap and the fact that I have to write on this when I have a complaint isn't acceptable which I am sure you would agree with if you were in my position.

Ordered flowers for a funeral on 3rd November 2017 they were not received, when I contacted Serenata Flowers an email stated that they had been delivered and signed for but when checking the name and address it was not to the person or address that I had requested. I have sent another email asking for new flowers to be sent to the correct person. Disgusting service and very embarrassing situation.

I would not rate this company with any stars...i ordered a plant 4 weeks before the delivery date...the day before delivery they sent an e.mail to say it was not possible to get the plant and to select another before 5-30 pm.but i did not get home from work till 7pm so could not do that, disgusting service...WHY WAIT TILL THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY TO TELL THE CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!
