“ Avoid being disappointed do not buy flowers from Serenata for a special occasion! On three consecutive occasions I’ve used this service and on each occasion the packaging and flowers have arrived damaged necessitating replacements and really missing the window of opportunity for the special occasion! Customer services has been responsive to the complaints but there has been no inclination to investigate why this happened three times in a row ie poor quality control or poor courier service and no offer of compensation which would have been nice given such poor regular service! ”

And their customer service is not available after 4:30 pm, so the chat option is useless... Stay away. Order from the more reputable companies instead and save yourselves the stress. ”
