“ My bouquet I arranged to be delivered to my sister Maura Ryan for 5th May didn't get delivered. My sister found s few days later behind large bin, when she opened box flowers they were dead. No note was dropped inside letter box to say where they were left. I did not receive a phone call to say there was an issue.Very disappointed service, big letdown for her birthday. ”
