My bouquet I arranged to be delivered to my sister Maura Ryan for 5th May didn't get delivered. My sister found s few days later behind large bin, when she opened box flowers they were dead. No note was dropped inside letter box to say where they were left. I did not receive a phone call to say there was an issue.Very disappointed service, big letdown for her birthday.

I purchased flowers and a package that was to delivered the next day ,two days later and still not delivered, when I contacted them to cancel the order and refund they say I order standard delivery which can be late up to 24 hour its been 2 days past the delivery date and still no refund and no delivery terrible service that's not good

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Still no delivery by the 16th so complained. They have refunded my money but I thought at least a gesture to my partner who has missed out would be appropriate. But they refused. It’s not about the money.. it’s about the poor service. Will never use them again

I contacted customer service who could not have cared less, did not acknowledge my statements regarding the bereavement, and told me I should have paid extra if the exact date was so important.

Presume after complaining to customer service someone said the flowers must be delivered same day.

They offer a paid service for guaranteed delivery, which in retrospect I should have chosen, but are unwilling to even offer that for a redelivery of the flowers.

Avoid being disappointed do not buy flowers from Serenata for a special occasion! On three consecutive occasions I’ve used this service and on each occasion the packaging and flowers have arrived damaged necessitating replacements and really missing the window of opportunity for the special occasion! Customer services has been responsive to the complaints but there has been no inclination to investigate why this happened three times in a row ie poor quality control or poor courier service and no offer of compensation which would have been nice given such poor regular service!

Despite ordering several days up front, they did not manage to deliver on time for a birthday. Should have done better research... And their customer service is not available after 4:30 pm, so the chat option is useless... Stay away. Order from the more reputable companies instead and save yourselves the stress.
