Paid an extra £4.95 to have them delivered on the day , not only did she not get the flowers on her birthday , She found them thrown over the fence the following day , obviously with force as some of the stems were scattered on the ground !! Yodel were the delivery company . To say that i am disappointed is a huge understatement . ”
