“ When I asked for an explanation they said I could receive a refund or redelivery of the flowers I had ordered, but they would not even guarantee the redelivery date! They breched their contract with me to deliver on a specific date (their T&Cs say an additional 24 hours may be possible, but they didn't even deliver within that period). ”

“ Delivery was a day late and I received no response when I emailed them with my concern over the late delivery. The flowers arrived in a poor state: squashed in their box and several needed discarding. Very disappointed. ”

I ordered in the evening and asked to change the date of delivery first thing the following morning but I was advised that was not possible despite giving a full day’s notice as delivery was the day after the order was placed. I was told I could not change the delivery date and I was not entitled to a refund. I will not be using them again. ”
