“ Very poor service. I ordered in the evening and asked to change the date of delivery first thing the following morning but I was advised that was not possible despite giving a full day’s notice as delivery was the day after the order was placed. I was told I could not change the delivery date and I was not entitled to a refund. I will not be using them again. ”

“ I ordered flowers on A Thursday , it said they would be delivered the next day, I was tracking when they were , they were on there way to be delivered and all of a sudden stopped, they were delivered on the Sunday, I got onto the florist, they said as I didn’t pay for next day delivery they could be delivered whenever! I’m so disappointed with their service after paying a lot of money for the flowers! I will never use these again ”

“ I have used this company for a number of years, recently they changed their delivery service to Evri, the worse thing that ever happened twice now flowers have been lost and its not the company that re-imburses you they state you have to get the refund from EVRI. I will never use this lot ever again. Still awaiting a refund, I am not holding my breath. ”
