“ Ordered 24 roses and 2 mini bears. Flowers were poor quality on delivery and only 1 bear received. Contacted the company to request the second bear and they said they were unable to send it so could only offer a refund. Totally illogical as I could go online and order one, so nothing stopping them sending it out. ”
