“ Who sends flowers in a sealed cardboard box?! The flowers were old, soggy! I wish I could post a picture of these flowers here so you could see. I was already despondent about my order after being let down by their customer service when trying to rearrange the delivery. The lady who I spoke to did not want to help AT ALL. The worst experience! ”
