Due for delivery on Saturday it’s now Tuesday and I still haven’t received them !
My hubby has emailed sernata complaints but it says it takes up to 28 days to reply !
Meanwhile my birthday flowers (now late and probably dead in the box) still haven’t been delivered by Evri !
The tracking just says they are at there warehouse.

First delivery never arrived. Second replacement delivery was badly packaged, squashed and damaged, third (replacement) never arrived. Standard responses from Customer Services who failed to properly acknowledge my emails. Difficult to find words for how exceptionally bad this experience has been.

I purchased flowers and a package that was to delivered the next day ,two days later and still not delivered, when I contacted them to cancel the order and refund they say I order standard delivery which can be late up to 24 hour its been 2 days past the delivery date and still no refund and no delivery terrible service that's not good
