Ordered flowers for delivery on a Friday. They were delivered 9left on the doorstep) just before 10pm on the Saturday. Customer service couldn’t care less.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a birthday surprise for my mother. The date of delivery was specified/selected when placing the order. However, the flowers did not arrive.
When contacting Serenate explaining this, it was clear in their response that they couldn't care less.

The flowers were a birthday present to a friend that was recently widowed . Paid an extra £4.95 to have them delivered on the day , not only did she not get the flowers on her birthday , She found them thrown over the fence the following day , obviously with force as some of the stems were scattered on the ground !! Yodel were the delivery company . To say that i am disappointed is a huge understatement .
