“The Flowers we received were poor quality for the amount of money spent. It was such a disappointment and i will not choose this florist again. The arrangement does not resemble the one advertised on the website as you can see by the pictures. This was for a bereavement and i was asked to wait 5 days to then take photos of flowers. How ridiculous? when the recipient is grieving. The last thing she would be waiting to do is take photos of her flowers. I am utterly shocked at their response to my comments and of what was delivered. Very poor customer service indeed”

“I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my in laws for their emerald wedding anniversary. Luckily my ma in law always sends a photo of any flowers she receives so when she messaged to say thank you on the day they were received I was horrified to see the poor excuse of a bouquet that Serenata Flowers had delivered! They were absolutely nothing like the photo that I’d ordered. I immediately messaged them and sent a photo, they replied and apologised saying the flowers weren’t up to their standard and they said they’d send a replacement bouquet. My in laws received the replacement bouquet today and they were even worse then the first bouquet!! I again complained but the customer service I’ve received today has been dreadful. I’ve asked for a refund but basically been told to “go away” they said their floral team have looked at my photos and said that what’s in the photo on their website is what’s been delivered......I beg to differ!! They’re now ignoring all my messages and not replying, it’s funny how all the reviews and comments on their Facebook page are glowing and wonderful, I’m so pleased a friend of mine found this page where true and honest reviews are being left.......this is a dreadful company who are con artists who shouldn’t be allowed to get away with all the false advertising.”

“I received birthday flowers from my sister. They were posted through the letterbox and I couldnt believe they would transform into such a gorgeous arrangement. Thankyou so much. I will not hesitate to recommend you. PS.. my photography skills do not do justice to the flowers!😀”

“I have received 3 lots of there flowers within the last nine months. All have faults roses that don’t open on two occasions. Carnations one broken 2 half dead . More foliage than flowers . The person who sends them was here to see two lots they were very disappointed. The last lot could have been bought from a supper market. Don’t use them .”

“DO NOT order from this company! Their flowers/bouquets are nothing like they advertised, not even half the amount of flowers were in the bouquet I sent to a family member. Their customer service is shocking. AVOID at all costs! Complete and utter waste of money. The picture shows the flowers I ordered (right hand side) and what was delivered (left hand side) Absolute cowboy company!!!!”

“Sadly one star is too generous. I would not recommend Serenata Flowers. We ordered an arrangement on the 17th January, to be delivered on the first available date, which was Wednesday 20th January. After numerous emails from Faith and Neale and also standard replies in the mix, it is now Saturday 23rd January and the flowers, according to delivery tracker, are now at the 'local depot' , where they have been since yesterday. I am not impressed, these flowers were to delivered to a much loved relative who has just undergone major and very intrusive surgery and given the national lockdown, we are unable to visit her in person. So we felt lovely arrangement of flowers from a supposedly reputable online florist was a good option. Yes the flowers are to be delivered to Guernsey and yes Storm Christoph was a hinderance, however, we were promised that the flowers will be delivered. I cannot telephone them as it is online only, I have asked them to call me and this has not happened. We are angry and want a full refund as we are disappointed and not convinced that the fresh flowers will arrive looking fresh or even last long, given they have been in transit since at least TUESDAY, when I received an email to say that they were on their way 'chauffeur driven'.”

“The service provided is dreadfull. Delivery not made directly to the door as requested and resulted in her getting them the following day even though she was in. Bouquet not anything like the picture. Total wrong colours. No response from CEO Martin Johnson . Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Beware!!”

“Disgusted. I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered the next day. They somehow translated this to 4 bouquets and took 96 pounds. As soon as I realised the mistake I tried to cancel but was unable to do so. I sent several messages which were all ignored. I feel totally violated by this company”

“I just wanted to add the same as most of your reviewers. My £27 bunch (you couldn't call it a bouquet) looked like I had bought it from the local garage for a fiver. Yes, as their customer delight (joke!) team assured me, it had the correct number of blooms and varieties as on their list, just all of substandard quality and with small flower heads, drooping leaves and missing petals. All tied together with elastic bands. I firmly believe to achieve the luxuriant looking bouquets in their pictures, they chop most of the stems off and arrange in oasis. It is impossible to see how large the bouquets are in a picture. They state a measurement of '50cm' but most of that is just length of stems, not the diameter of the bouquet itself. I have ordered online flowers before and they have arrived looking like a bouquet, beautifully arranged and tied. As your other reviewers have said, getting a refund or re-order is impossible. They just keep sending the same standard email responses. Another lost customer to add the obviously many others.”

“A handful of bedraggled, half-dead flowers arrived in a battered box, not the lovely bouquet expected. Judging from the comments below I was lucky they turned up on time but the recipient was very disappointed and so am I. The website gave the misleading impression this was a local florist, which is clearly not the case. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND ADVISE STRONGLY AGAINST.”

“Do not use this company!!!! Ordered the flowers in picture 1 and picture 2 is what arrived. This cost £35 plus an international delivery charge of £15....= £50!!! Complained and they have stated they are acceptable as an equivalent bouquet in quality and flowers!”

“Hugely disappointed! l only gave one star because they wont let you give 0 stars, I ordered the Freya bouquet with gifts (spent £70) as a get well gift for someone who is seriously ill. From the outset l was Not Happy, the delivery time was not advised to me until after l had handed over the money, also when I received a photo of what was delivered I was truly shocked ! it looked nothing like the picture of the bouquet l ordered, Half of the arrangement was basically a green shrub! I contacted customer services multiple times by e-mail, and complained to multiple Customer Service operatives who all replied with the same company line, "it was delivered as expected" Don’t waste your Money!”

“Avoid.... Ordered vibrant Sorbet £24.99 was sent a cheap very disappointing bunch of £3.99 flowers.that I could of got at Tesco .no lily's in the flowers & no substitute for them . Contacted company to complain by email with pics to show how bad the flowers were & they keep asking for more pics pretending they haven't received any pics .... so please think again before anyone waste any money I am very disgusted at how they can get away with such a RIP off.”

“GUYS, i am telling you now as a student who bought flowers for her mother for £29.99 trying to make her day special amongst the hectic situation and received nothing compared to what the picture had suggested. The box of the packaging was completely different to what had been listed on the website and also the flowers. MY GOSH!!! plz ppl do not order from this company, you'll just get scammed and it is a NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. don't be afraid to state the laws that support you as a customer and even legal action if required. Wish I had read the reviews.”

“This was my first time purchasing flowers from this company. End of the day it was my fault I should of done my research about this company. I spend £30 on a flower called ‘changing season’. After reading the negative reviews I came across I was very concerned I emailed the company and shared my concerns and they got back to me, saying production team will take care of my flowers and not to worry. I took their word for it. Next morning I told my friend send me a picture of the flowers, the flowers was not the flowers I chosen it was all rotten and black. My friend didn’t say anything as she thought I would be upset. This is such disgusting and awful service you are giving to customers and you are honestly scamming people’s hard working money. I advise people to do your research before you spend your money on any company.”

“Don't bother ordering from these charlatans. They may have been good previously, but they've clearly taken the corona virus situation as an excuse to call it in. A week early I ordered some flowers for my mother to commemorate what would have been her 40th wedding anniversary to my recently passed father. Trying to bring a glimmer of joy on a very difficult day. SerenataFlowers messed this up. After a week, my order is still 'being prepared'. You'd think that if there had been a problem in all that time, they could have let me know so I could attempt to organise something else, but due to their immoral incompetence, a very difficult day was made much worse.”

“Product delivered bore NO resemblance whatsoever to what was advertised and ordered. Paid almost £50, yet what was delivered was a shoddy bouquet with NONE of the advertised/ordered flowers in it. I estimate it cost £10 or £15 to produce! Instead, recipient received cheap, mostly daisy type flowers, with LOTS of foliage to bulk it out. Colours were NOT as ordered either. Appalling. False advertising springs to mind. No phone number to call them to complain either. Requested a call back from them via their website form..still nothing. Buyer beware!!”
