Dreadful. My golden wedding anniversary and flowers from my son and daughter. An event we will never again experience. Despite being given different delivery times all day the flowers were not delivered until after 8.00pm. Presume after complaining to customer service someone said the flowers must be delivered same day. Delivery driver clearly not happy at delivering at that time. Guess they were in his van all day and thought he would deliver another day. Many flowers dead. Would never ever use Serenata again. Flowers from rival company are stunning. Picture with healthy pink roses attached

Crushed box, see photo, flowers half dead and lasted one day! Second experience of this and thought I would give them another chance but even worse than last time!

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I requested deliver on my mother's birthday and Serenata failed to deliver at all. When I asked for an explanation they said I could receive a refund or redelivery of the flowers I had ordered, but they would not even guarantee the redelivery date! They breched their contract with me to deliver on a specific date (their T&Cs say an additional 24 hours may be possible, but they didn't even deliver within that period). Their suggested way to pt things right was simply to deliver the flowers I had ordered 4 days late (or 5 or 6 or 7... who knows? Because they would not guarantee delivery on a specific date). They offer a paid service for guaranteed delivery, which in retrospect I should have chosen, but are unwilling to even offer that for a redelivery of the flowers. It's shoddy and poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Avoid being disappointed do not buy flowers from Serenata for a special occasion! On three consecutive occasions I’ve used this service and on each occasion the packaging and flowers have arrived damaged necessitating replacements and really missing the window of opportunity for the special occasion! Customer services has been responsive to the complaints but there has been no inclination to investigate why this happened three times in a row ie poor quality control or poor courier service and no offer of compensation which would have been nice given such poor regular service!

Despite ordering several days up front, they did not manage to deliver on time for a birthday. Should have done better research... And their customer service is not available after 4:30 pm, so the chat option is useless... Stay away. Order from the more reputable companies instead and save yourselves the stress.

Delivery was a day late and I received no response when I emailed them with my concern over the late delivery. The flowers arrived in a poor state: squashed in their box and several needed discarding. Very disappointed.

The packaging was damaged and there were far fewer flowers than I expected for the price I paid.

Very poor service. I ordered in the evening and asked to change the date of delivery first thing the following morning but I was advised that was not possible despite giving a full day’s notice as delivery was the day after the order was placed. I was told I could not change the delivery date and I was not entitled to a refund. I will not be using them again.

I have used this company for a number of years, recently they changed their delivery service to Evri, the worse thing that ever happened twice now flowers have been lost and its not the company that re-imburses you they state you have to get the refund from EVRI. I will never use this lot ever again. Still awaiting a refund, I am not holding my breath.

Don't order from this company . I have ordered flowers for people in the u.k many times over the years and ave never had an issue until now. I have added pics of what I ordered compared to what arrived . These were sent to my dying friend , another friend was there to collect flowers at delivery which was two hours late and then what arrived is an insult ...the "vase" I paid for was a jam jar which she quickly changed and put the " flowers" into a pottery mug, trying to salvage the situation on my behalf . I'm so angry and sad .

My order was not delivered, impossible to get hold of someone to explane to me what happened. Finally found an e-mail but no answer. Connot get a refund. I am extremely dissapointed.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mum for her birthday on 4th of July, it is now the 9th of July and flowers have not been delivered. I live in Australia and I rely on professional companies to act on my behalf. I have not had any correspondence explaining why the flowers have not been delivered. My order number is SN22619701.

V disappointed in delivery. Supposed to deliver on time for my mother's 90th birthday and did not arrive until early evening. Poor tracking apps and not reliable. Would not use again

Ordered flowers for delivery on a Friday. They were delivered 9left on the doorstep) just before 10pm on the Saturday. Customer service couldn’t care less.

Very disappointed, don't want to upset my friend but the flowers were very tatty, carnations mostly broken, two stems of tiny chrysanthemums, more green than white, four insipid roses and three bent and twisted alstro. Can't see this selection on your sales site

I have been trying to contact serenata flowers for 2 days about an undelivered order. My emails to the 2 published email addresses bounced back saying incorrect address so undelivered. I had a Chatton interaction which was worse than useless

Have used the service a number of times. The price has remained the same but the quality and quantity has been reducing lately. Last order was mostly twigs and the flowers were dead within 4 days. Not an adequate response from customer service. Unfortunately won't use again which is a shame.

Distinctly disappointing service for a Mother’s Day delivery. Whilst I was impressed with the commitment to delivery on Mother’s Day itself, the feedback from my mum was that the flowers looked battered. She wanted to give them a day of water ahead of casting judgment but was very unhappy with what she received and they had to be thrown out after 4 days. The flowers were head-down in the box, based on the packaging orientation and looked to be very dry and damaged. There was nowhere near enough life left in them for a bouquet of the cost. £2 Tulips from Tesco have lasted double the time already and look leagues nicer than what was shipped to my mum on Mother’s Day. Seranata’s quality check period for resends and refunds is a measly 5 days. When I contacted after 8 days there was nothing I could do except “accept their apologies”, despite the flowers expecting to have a much longer shelf life than 8 days. It’s very disappointing as a long-term customer of Serenata. I will think twice before ordering again.
