I ordered two orders for loved ones in wellingborough one arrived on time but the other not yet, the tracking said d There were 91in line for delivery, then 13 in line it’s now 3am and still saying 13 th to be delivered, already a day late , what is the problem? Please contact me,,,I can not seem to speak with anyone, and I needed the flowers delivered on a special date, very disappointed,,,

Terrible service. I sent my mother flowers for her 80th birthday as I live overseas, they dropped them on the doorstep in the rain without ringing the bell. My mother had no idea they were there so didn't get them for her birthday and found them soaked and miserable looking the next day,

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my Aunt, the picture on website looked nothing like the picture my aunt sent me as they looked half the size and very sparse. Delivery time and day very precise but not good value for money

I ordered flowers for a special friend due to a bereavement. I requested next day delivery, they did not arrive! I felt compelled to contact my friend to ask her to advise me when she had received them which was very disappointing! I had to email customer service twice before being advised the flowers had been damaged in transit and that they could either try to redeliver or I could have a refund! Even though they did apologise I felt I had lost faith in the service and requested a refund. No gesture of good will was forthcoming which after taking the time myself as the customer to contact them about my order I believe this would have been the least they could have done! I will not use this service again!!!

I have used serenata several times before without problems. Unfortunately I Placed 2 orders last week 1 on 22nd and the other on 25th both to be delivered on 26th march as it was my mum's 100 birthday. Unfortunately both of them didn't arrive till 27th which caused a lot of stress. Quite disappointed this time. The flowers were nice as per photos sent to me

The flowers were a day late & would have been OK if the Yodel delivery person hadn't left them on the doorstep in the sun with no notification... Disappointed & distressed as they were sent with love & happiness.... Also no card or message was included

I ordered two bouquets of flowers from serenata, the first arrived on time and were well packaged, with a damp wrapping to keep them well while travelling, they lasted five days and were beautiful, the second arrived a day late, although customer service were quick to respond they didn't arrive until the next day, the box was damaged and there was no damp wrapping to keep the flowers healthy, they were already wilting upon arrival, they lasted two days, no offer was made of a future discount or replacement flowers. The prices are good but the late delivery and product not to the advertised standard spoilt it

The flowers i have just received are truly disappointing. Two of the blooms had their heads off and 2 were dead past revival. The overall bunch was very poor. I am just glad i hadn't used your company to send flowers to relatives and friends.

The flowers ordered were of good quality but packed out with plenty of greenery and certainly not worth the money l paid!!! I also ordered a box of chocolates to go with these flowers but these were not includede in the box. The matter was dealt with very quickly and they did refund me immediately - l would however have preferred the chocolates to have been included in the delivery as this was a birthday present. I shall not be using this company again!

Although the website was easy to use, I was really disappointed that what are advertised as "Letterbox Flowers" were not posted through the letter box. I had specifically selected this company so that my elderly mother could get some flowers without having to get to the door to receive them. She has a heart condition so walking is difficult and by getting flowers through the letterbox she would not need to rush to answer the door. Unfortunately the deliveryman knocked on the door then left the flowers outside. My mum struggled to get to the door and then had to fetch the flowers from outside, causing her to be very out of breath. Not the service I had expected.

*Update on post written yesterday* Time stamps on this website is incorrect (previous post was not written 52min ago!) and unable to upload pictures. Contacted Serenata yesterday using ‘contact us’ form to complain of poor changing seasons bouquet. Customer support were helpful and efficient. Having read previous reviews regarding customer support I was expecting to have a terrible experience. Initially offered option to resend flowers or refund 50% of cost of bouquet. I declined both and requested a full refund. A full refund has been processed and should be received within 1-3 days. Only fair I give full experience and update reviewers.

I ordered some flowers online but did not receive the confirmation email to confirm order. I had two lots of flowers turn up for my friends 60th and I was charged for both flowers. The flowers were delivered separately within 1 hour of each other? You would have thought someone could have contacted me and stated there were two orders for the same address. I have tried unsuccessfully to advise Serenta Customer Services but Sarah from Customer Services could not careless. I ordered locally as I live in Great Dunmow but would never support this florist again. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SERENTA FLOWERS.

Ordered 2 bouquets in error. One was delivered - requested a refund for the second had zero. Impossible to get hold of. Will not use again

I bought Chrismas fair bouquet for my wife but was very disappointed with it. The flowers were very sparse compared to the photo on the website. Delivery was on time but the flowers were very poor value for money. I will use my local supermarket from now on.

Nothing like the picture online and very small for the price you pay! Your better off getting a bunch from Morrison’s and asking a friend to hand deliver!

They didn’t make me happy. My delivery was not delivered the correct day and when delivered the following day, it had to be taken by another member of the family to the proper person,hence two days after the said day.. First time used,not likely to use again

Flowers are great. The checkout service requires improvement. It's the second time I have experienced issues whilst attempting to redeem a discount voucher code and needed to contact customer services.
