I ordered flowers for a special friend due to a bereavement. I requested next day delivery, they did not arrive! I felt compelled to contact my friend to ask her to advise me when she had received them which was very disappointing!
I had to email customer service twice before being advised the flowers had been damaged in transit and that they could either try to redeliver or I could have a refund!
Even though they did apologise I felt I had lost faith in the service and requested a refund. No gesture of good will was forthcoming which after taking the time myself as the customer to contact them about my order I believe this would have been the least they could have done! I will not use this service again!!!
