*Update on post written yesterday* Time stamps on this website are incorrect (previous post was not written 52min ago!) and unable to upload pictures. Contacted Serenata yesterday using ‘contact us’ form to complain of poor changing seasons bouquet. Customer support were helpful and efficient. Having read previous reviews regarding customer support I was expecting to have a terrible experience. Initially offered option to resend flowers or refund 50% of cost of bouquet. Declined both and requested full refund. A full refund has been processed and should be received within 1-3 days. Only fair I give full experience and update future customers.
