“Flowers are great. The checkout service requires improvement. It's the second time I have experienced issues whilst attempting to redeem a discount voucher code and needed to contact customer services.”

“Hi I ordered flowers to be sent for a funeral. They arrived on time etc and were beautifully wrapped with a card containing my message. However some of the roses were really wilted which was disappointing.”

“Delivery arrived AFTER my wife had left work at 4.15pm!! This is after Yodel called me at around 10.00am to say that Brentford County Cour didn't exist?? You state that delivery is between 8am and 9.pm, how many businesses are open until 9pm????”

“Surprised the delivery came in a box not very presentable for a bunch of flowers! They were also much smaller than the picture on the website Service and ease of ordering was all fine just final product slightly disappointing for the recipient”

“Bought for new home welcoming. Ordering service good but driver left them by the bin with previous occupants rubbish and as recipient wasn’t expecting them, it was meant to be a surprise, she obviously didn’t look by the bin. We thought they had been stolen as driver took a photo of them on the doorstep and they were not there. Why did he take a picture of them on the doorstep and then move them next to the rubbish. The instruction was to leave with a neighbour if recipient not home but driver didn’t do that and recipient was actually in at time of delivery but he didn’t knock very much if at all. When flowers were found it was lunchtime the day after delivery so they had been in the heatwave for about 8 hours. To be fair when found and opened the flowers were still in water and quite healthy. The whole experience was meant to be a lovely surprise but was spoilt by not being able to find the flowers as no card was put through and having to tell the recipient she should have received something so overall I am disappointed with the service but the flowers are quite nice”

“They were able to deliver some beautiful orchids to my father in his care home for Father's Day. He was really thrilled to receive them. The people I usually order from were unable to meet the delivery date I required.”

“Not a good service this time. Ordered same day flowers on 08/05 - not delivered. You suggested an email went to my junk folder - no it did not. Flowers finally delivered 24 hours late - 09/05. This has caused me grief. Check all the emails I sent chasing this order.”

“Although the flowers were as described I was informed by the Funeral Director the heart shaped “wreath” had partially fallen apart on delivery and it was necessary to place it on a tray to maintain it in one piece.”

“MY SISTER DID ENJOY RECEIVING THE FLOWERS BUT AS THEY WERE DYED BLUE THEY WERE DRIPPING BLUE DYE ONTO HER FLOOR WHEN SHE TOOK THEM OUT TO PUT IN A VASE!”

“The flowers were sent to a very special friend for her birthday. I haven't seen them but she told me whilst the flowers were nice there were 45 pieces of greenery!! I felt this was a bit excessive..... is this normal? Not sure I want to order from you again if this is so.”

“I absolutely love Serenata and have used them for years, but I was very disappointed on the recent flowers. 2 x £24.99 and they looked like I'd spent £4.99 at the local supermarket.”
