I usually use this company to send my mum, who lives a while away flowers for special occasions, they're usually spot on and she gets delivered a wonderful bouquet!
This time however, it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Everything had wilted, not the amount of each flower that's shown. It's a great disappointment, also the fact that there Is almost no way to contact them regarding queries
