Awful service!
Ordered flowers for delivery surprise to a friend.
Didn’t arrive! Apparently a failed delivery but formed was home with guests all day as it was her birthday!
Automated email said delivery again the next day. No delivery!
Now 4 days later I contact to ask for the reason and a refund or delivery, I get a response that I should send pictures of the damaged flowers if I was in happy.
I reply to say no flowers arrived yet, apparently the employees also can’t read!
I reply with this information and they say, no apology or anything, just, it turns out your flowers were damaged in transit and they can deliver them again fresh on a date of my choice!
What a joke! One insult after the other.
Awful service. Now 4 days after the supposed failed delivery and I have had my intelligence insulted twice, have paid 60£ for flowers that haven’t arrived and still have no flowers!
