Seriously BAD company! TAKE A LOOK AT TRUST PILOT 1 STAR RATINGS!... do not use! Shame i could not give a zero star rating and feel 1 star is 1 too many! Their customer service is absolutely shocking. Sent a potted plant for a bereavement (so as you can imagine, a sensitive time for all) for the recipient to receive a smashed shattered plant pot. Complained to serentata flowers who would only refund a mere 15% of the original price and did not offer a replacement. The 'goods' were faulty, surely this warrants either a full refund or an exchange? They are also very good at replying back with patronising almost generic responses from their "customer service" (and I use that title loosely) department. shocking shocking company who I will go out of my way to negatively review to all family and friends. Serenata Flowers you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Terrible company avoid at all costs ordered a 39.99 supposed to be bouquet when they arrived it looked like they was off a market stall at 2.99 I emailed numerous times sent photos every excuse they made what a rip off they didn't want to know no apologies or anything

My lovely wifes valentines flowers were left outside the gates of a council estate school at 18.19pm, i paid for premium delivery, left full delivery instructions but no just dumped outside a school gate. Do yourselves a favour buy locally and avoid faceless organisations

Ordered valentines flowers for wife with guaranteed delivery. No flowers were delivered. Terrible company don’t deal with them you’ll just be disappointed

I've just had some flowers delivered, which my boyfriend who lives in a different city, has had sent to me. I haven't told him this because it will just make him feel bad for no fault of his own but the flowers are absolutely rubbish and in shocking condition! I've been on the website and not one of the bouquets bears any resemblance to what's been left by the delivery driver outside my door (didn't even check to see if I was in...) Most of the bouquet is leaves. The pink roses are literally about a day away from dying and I've had to pull off and throw away their outer petals because they're already wilted. The red roses in the bouquet are poor quality miniscule buds which are not even going to bloom properly, that much is clear. I cannot believe a company would rip off its customers like this. I'm really annoyed as I can see that the cheapest bouquet on the website is £27.99.

Utterly ridiculous customer service, from an absolutely horrendous company. I ordered flowers and paid extra for the guaranteed next day delivery service. I got a notification the following day that my flowers were out for delivery. Checked order tracking throughout the day several times and each time it showed that my order was still out for delivery, and delivery window was between 8am and 8pm. I contacted them after 8pm and got told that in exceptional times, they could deliver between 7am and 9pm. After 9pm, with still no delivery, I contacted them again. They raised it with their courier who 'apparently had a backlog with orders because of adverse weather'. I advised that I had used the 'guaranteed' service and basically got told that because of the 'adverse weather' they wouldn't be offering a refund or re-delivery of the flowers, even though that's what their guarantee advises. Horrible service, from a company who only care about taking your money. Avoid at all costs.

The flowers were OK but ever since I made the mistake of ordering them I have been bombarded with a relentless stream of adverts. Every time I go on the Internet (social media, YouTube, Google) I get an insipid serenata flowers advert. This has been going on for 4 months and I am now heartily sick of them and regret placing an order with them in the first place. I'm not sure whether adverts are supposed to convince customers that they'll never, ever buy anything else from the company ever again but if they are, job done serenata flowers!

I had the Burst of Joy delivered to me as I wanted to use it for funeral flowers. I’m disappointed as the arrangement only has two different colour roses and the orange Alstroemerias are drooping. I’ve now got to go out and buy orange roses. In the past I have sent BoJ to my friends and they were happy. What went wrong for me, your customer!

TRULY AWFUL Ordered flowers for mothers 92nd birthday. No flowers, no explanation on the day. When chased, some nonsense excuse about shortage of U.K. lorry drivers!!! Refused request to cancel and refund the order. Delivered some pretty sad flowers 2 days after her birthday. Absolute waste of time - AVOID.

What went wrong you ask ! Well! Don’t know where to start. Dreadful firm Do Not Use Them! Flowers arrive 5 days late looking ……. Dead. Serenata even thought they were lost. Repeat order 4 days to deliver so almost as bad. Neither flower fit for purpose or a replicas of the example shown for the order. Ian now beyond cross, fuming, let down I could go on and on. No offer of refund after first fiasco or the 2 nd just automated supposedly placating emails 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Absolute RUBBISH, disgraceful.

My husband sent me flowers from Serenata and they arrived half dead. Shameful to charge for flowers that Waitrose or M&S would toss - they are that bad.

I paid $105 dollars and change for a $9.99 bouquet and a small box of chocolates. I will never make that mistake again. Back to calling a florist near where the flowers are going. Disgusting opportunist thieves. Avoid

Appalled with Serenata. £50 order left at front door of block of flats. Did not reach person. Customer Service is appalling as they are arguing they were delivered. Won’t redeliver or refund to a person in mourning.. Heartless & disgusting !!!

The night before my flowers needed to arrive for my friends birthday the let me know that the flowers I had ordered were not in stock and I had to choose another bouquet. This or not receive them on the day I had paid for. I chose the same amount of roses in pink (originally white) for which they tried to charge me extra for even though this is all due to them making a mistake. When I declined they refunded my my money with no apology or response. Awful. I will never order again. My friends present will now never arrive and I live in another country.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Thought they were a local company close to my mother's care home. It's her 97th birthday and nothing has arrived and it's already 5pm. I specifically told them that she goes to bed early and it's already evening. Tracking says there are 53 deliveries ahead of hers. My lovely mother's birthday is ruined and I am £65 out of pocket. I always have used Clares flowers in past but thought I would try someone new close to my mother's care home. They advertise that they are close but they arent. I may never have another chance to celebrate my mother's birthday. Unfortunately I am in the United States so I cant just turn up with flowers. I relied on this company. Now that I am looking at reviews and the terrible flowers actually delivered for others I am angry, sad and heartbroken. DONT USE THEM. YOU will have stress and aggravation and there is no phone number. Use Clares. They deliver on time and if the flowers arent up to standard they will replace them immediately.

Would actually be a zero but will not allow me to do that... Had a delivery of flowers from my mother in law for my 50th birthday. Freesias and roses, box was battered and already open, all Freesias limp and beyond saving, awful leaves on the roses. My mother in law sent photos of the bouquet whinchat looks horrendous and Serenata didn't want to know about it basically, just sent her an email in return telling her how to look after flowers. Maybe that could have been done if they didn't arrive in such bad health to start with. Terrible flowers and horrendous customer service

I ordered flowers from Serenata on 12 occasions. 50% of the orders arrived on time with quality flowers, but sadly on the other 50% of occasions the flowers were in poor condition. The packaging was frequently significantly damaged resulting in broken glass in the box on at least 2 occasions when the recipient put their hands in. My son recently ordered flowers for me but they did not arrive on the agreed date and he was refunded and a complementary bouquet sent. It arrived today with less than the advertised number of blooms, some which were already damaging/dying. I contacted the company who replied. "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, since the order has already been resent and refunded, I am unable to assist further at this time. Rest assured that despite this, your feedback will be passed on to our team to ensure more care is taken with future orders. Today's experience has very sadly shown that previous feedback has not resulted in safer handling by the carrier or improved quality of the bouquets.

I used them before and had a fine experience. Last week, I ordered flowers for a sick friend of my mother's, notifying the courier to be patient and leaving the message, "Get well soon." Flowers were confirmed delivered but never arrived. We discovered today (five days later) that the recipient did not get her flowers and no attempt was made to notify her of what was supposed to be a nice surprise. The photo of a box could have been delivered anywhere and was not acceptable proof of delivery, especially with no accompanying card. Seranata's so-called customer service refuses to help as we did not notify them within three days. Given that these flowers and vase were for someone who had just been released from hospital after a stroke, their suggestion that they should just expore their property and that of their neighbours is both risable and suggestive of their overall contempt. I will never use them again.
