“Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and my mother received a bouquet with hardly any flowers and many of which were (unfortunately I can’t attach a picture to this review to show the state of it - have added the picture to my trust pilot profile pic to show it) I emailed customer service requesting a replacement or refund and was asked to tell them how many flower stems there were. The picture wasn’t enough. So, following the embarrassment of my Mum receiving a poor bouquet, I had to ask her to count the stems too. I replied to Serenata with the list of flowers and the picture again, comparing the website image to what was received and was met with a ‘this is how they are meant to be’. Absolute shambles and very disappointing customer service. Will not use again.”

“Contacted customer service about poor quality flowers with several dead and broken plants. Sent a photo but was informed that this was the expected quality. Not a good advert for the company at all. Avoid.”

“I ordered flowers for mothers day 2022 handy as I live in Houston and trying to get flower to the UK, they were delivered on the date as expected however, the flowers look to be completely wilted and starved of water. I reached out to the customer service support team and things were ok until they told me "After reviewing the image, we can see the care instructions have yet to be followed, with the flowers needing to be arranged in a vase of fresh water after cutting the stems, allowing them to settle into the new surroundings, have a good drink following the journey and time for all the buds to open". The flowers are in a vase of water as they should be. I give them one star as I am unable to give zero. Be warned and expect poor service.”

“Ordered flowers for my mum, couldn’t believe what I saw when she send me the picture. The worst flowers I have ever seen, doesn’t even look close to a picture. £3 flowers from Tesco looking much better than what I have received. Came all broken, half dead and looking like someone washed the floor with them. When I have contacted them and asked for a refund with a picture prove, they said to wait 5 days for the flowers to open and send me the link how to take care of them. This is a joke. I should of read true reviews before ordering.”

“I wished I had read the reviews before ordering from this company for Mothers Day. Below is the standard reply I received. Thank you for your email and for taking the time to send a photograph of the bouquet received. After reviewing the image, our floral team has confirmed that the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected. We do send out certain flowers in varying stages of bloom or bud form as this ensures that they last as long as possible so that our customers enjoy them for longer. Once the flowers fully bloom, your bouquet will reflect the image advertised on our website.”

“Received flowers today for Mother’s Day from my son. Absolutely shocking they were not as discribed in the website. Wilting and flowers shedding the petals and discoloured. Appalling! Contacted customer service and the quality team say they see nothing wrong with the bouquet. Hard to believe. I have written again for my son to have a refund and I will send pictures to trading standards. Avoid this company. 45.00 is a disgrace to charge for wilting flowers. Also the bouquet was delivered in a huge box and the bouquet wasn’t secured , could get better in ALDI.”

“These flowers are awful, nothing like the image. I understand the lillies come in bud form but what about the others?? This looks like a bunch from tesco, not a £35 bouquet. I’m very disappointed and embarrassed as they were a gift and don’t look like I spent what I did on them.”

“What went wrong you ask??? How about "everything"! Tired, cheap jaded flowers, broken foliage, crushed gerberas not to mention a serious lack of actual flowers! Purchased a bouquet to present to a woman at a golf presentation! Flowers were so shockingly bad, hubby had to dash out for a quick supermarket replacement and at £15 less cost, were in much better condition and altogether bigger, better, fresher blooms. Serenata, how you are still trading is beyond me given the amount of complaints! Oh and your customer service STINKS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOLKS”

“Terrible quality of flowers. The picture showed a beautiful bouquet in wrapping and a bow but what turned up on my Mum's dooe was a box of squashed flowers with dead leaves. tried contacting the customer service team via their website but it says an error was encountered and the form hasn't sent and to 'try again', Been trying to resend for hours but nothing. Scam website, do not use. I will be taking further action against this company”

“If you want nice flowers avoid serenata at all costs. I paid £40 for a bunch of flowers online with serenata flowers which wilted after two days, the flowers I bought were in no way representative of what they advertised on the website.I received a bunch of flowers that looked like they’d been a rejection from the service station. Customer service team are just a joke, advice was to put the flowers in water.. really!! I would never have thought of doing that!! Countless similar complaints on twitter, and still no further forward to resolution. They are selling old flowers at inflated prices which you would barely pay a few pounds for. Would I recommend… definitely not. This company shouldn’t be trading as florists . They don’t even deserve 1 star”

“The difference between the pictured bouquet and what arrived is astronomical. Few sad flowers. Pathetic. VERY UNHAPPY. I specifically asked for them to be NOT in a letter box as those are always crushed - no luck, they arrived in a letter box and ah, just made me and my mum sad... So much for Mother's Day! >://”

“Ordered a guaranteed delivery for today for my mum on mothers day but they still haven't turned up! Have tracked the order and they have been sitting at depot since early morning. God knows what state they'll be in if they ever arrive. Cost a fortune too!!”

“Serenity flowers are a fantastic company to use to buy flowers from, I've used them before and really rate them, there flowers so beautiful, fresh, long lasting, smell lovely and look amazing, I orderd some flowers for my mum for m day electric blue orchards, WOW WOW I was so impressed with them after mother sent me a lovely pic of them in the lovely vase I got her looked amazing, mother was overwhelmed by them, dilvery was made and delivered as day as i required came well packaged and the price was very fair an was justified by the flowers, the pitures you see when you buy from serenity really does not do justify how beautiful each an everyone of them are, even better in person. Thankyou so much for presenting so many different and wonderful batches of flowers. Kind regards.”

“Had the flowers delivered today for mothers day. Cheap flowers could have picked up a better bunch at aldi. Box battered flowers wilted 🥀. Driver miserable as sin. Spoilt a lovely gift from my son. I would never ever buy from them. Avoid at all costs.”

“Received flowers as an early mother’s day present from my husband and 2 boys. Flowers arrived where letterbox flowers, my husband literally thought a bouquet as per picture would have been delivered. Delivered to my place of work, fortunately I had a vase to place flowers in as per aftercare instructions given. Flowers arrived flat and crushed (the flowered didn’t actually pass through a letterbox and where hand delivered) box was damaged and flowers inside where limp and in much need of moisture and a good drink-unfortunately it was too late for them. I contacted Serenata directly who asked for pictures to be sent through, there was a lot of back and fourth with theirs customer service saying that seasonal flowers may result in a variation from the picture in the advertisement. They wouldn’t accept that the quality was poor despite pictures of petals falling off the delivery within 6hours of receipt of delivery. Eventually after 15plus pictures being sent through they admitted they would resend the flowers to which I asked that my husband be given a full refund. What was supposed to be a nice Mother’s Day gift has left a very sour taste. Never will I send letterbox flowers and my husband lives to tell the tale that he will never make the same mistake again!”

“Absolutely the worst flowers I have received to date . The flowers did not look anything like the ones I ordered , the remaining flowers were broken and petals fallen off. Despite contacts with serenata flower they did not offer to address the issue and blamed it on aftercare !!!!! The flowers were received damaged and missing so I’m not sure what aftercare they were referring to . Please stay away from this company , they are utterly awful.”
