I ordered velvet cloud for my mothers birthday. Got an update to say flowers were delivered on the day. However that wasn’t true as my mother checked up till 111.30 pm. Next day the 17 June at 9.00am as she was going out flowers were in the doorstep. The flowers were wilted and looked terrible. It’s not the first time I have sent flowers and the condition is not good. I believe in giving people a second chance but this time was my last. Serenata flowers you need to check the people you send out your orders to and there drivers. Poor service and poor quality of product
