Two of my last 3 orders were not delivered on the due date. Pathetic response completely devoid of any empathy and used terms and conditions on their Website to justify their inefficiencies and uncaring attitude. Appear to employ contractors who are not equipped to carry out simple deliveries. I have given this company enough chances to lift their game but that is the end of it after 6 years of my supporting them. I think their time in the business is limited. AVOID them!!
