Placed an order on a Thursday. Friday morning received an email stating my order has been cancelled and I should have my refund within 3 business days. It is now 3 weeks later and I’ve yet to receive a refund. Emails with Customer Service Manager Margaret Reys has been the same message over and over again for 3 weeks now, that she’s handling the issue personally but it has been three times the amount of time the refund is to process as stated on the website and nothing has been done about my refund.
