Delivery did not arrive on the agreed date. Serenata blamed Covid. All decent retailers would highlight such an understandable caveat- not this one - when the order was placed, they confirmed the agreed delivery date would be achieved.
Only when I raised this was I informed that their T&C say you should allow 3 days after the anticipated date for delivery to take place.
No refund- even though the order still hasn't been processed.
Misleading and disappointing service.
Would give 0 stars if possible.
Avoid this company !
