I received a bouquet of roses, alstroemerias and chrysanthemums. On the day of delivery, they looked very nice although a couple of the roses had already begun to turn brown and the remainder were drooping. Within a few days all the roses had died and the alstroemerias had, quite unusually for this flower, begun to lose petals too. The whole bouquet was past its best very quickly, within the week. I don't think serenata flowers offers value for money because the quality of flowers is so poor. I wouldn't use them myself or recommend them to others. The flowers fall far below the standard that I would like to send a a gift and other companies do it so much better.
