Appalling service.
A huge waste of time and resulting in no flowers for my mother's 80th birthday.
Alone during lockdown on such a special day, flowers ordered to arrive 24 hours early so that she had them on her birthday. Serenata failed to get them there 3 days later we are waiting. They might deliver them tomorrow!
I will cancel and ask another company instead.
Shocking disorganisation.
A great shame for my lovely mum.
