I ordered their velver cloud bouquet for my friend's birthday, the flowers are supposed to be five different purple/lilac coloured flowers. Instead what was delivered was white roses with green foilage. When I contacted customer services they said that under their substitution policy the bouquet delivered was an acceptable equivalent????
