Delivery instructions were Knock Loud (my sister has Altzeimers and her and her husband are shielding). Flowers were left outside the front door in the pouring rain. Obviously my sister was no aware of her surprise birthday gift. They discovered the package some 5 hours after delivery. The box, flowers and enclosed birthday card was absolutely soaking wet.
Why didn't they knock as instructions? Why would the courier leave a package on the ground in the pouring rain?
What a waste of £40.
I certainly would not use them again. Angry and gutted
