Ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day and they arrived and every rose was wilted. I contacted them to say I was disappointed and they first told me we’d left the petal guards on, which was nonsense. They then asked me to give them more pictures to ‘investigate’. Sorry, but I didn’t have my camera there to capture the moment of slight disappointment at poor quality flowers.
I’d used Serenata a few times before, but this has made sure I’ll never use them again. Avoid at all costs, poor quality and even poorer service.
