Ordered a £40 bouquet for my mum for Mother’s Day was told it would arrive on the 13/03/21 no flowers, still no flowers on Mother’s Day . I emailed many times ,was then told to pick a new date and new bouquet as the original one was now out of stock, no offer of a discount for the upset that they had caused . Finally the new bouquet arrived today ( 19/03/21) but I am very disappointed with it , a lot of greenery and not many flowers.
Will definitely not be using Serenata flowers again . Very very disappointed
