Appalling service. Avoid at all costs. Ordered flowers on a Tuesday, to be delivered in the Saturday but they didn’t arrive. Spoke with customer service and they said I need to allow 48hours after my selected day for delivery....
Still haven’t arrived and it’s now 72 hours.
Like many companies, they are blaming the pandemic for a bad service.
Avoid.
