Terrible customer service. If you have an issue you cannot call anyone. I ordered flowers, a vase and chocolates for 2 different friends.
One received the flowers but the vase was shattered to pieces and the chocolate wrapper opened!
The other never received the order even though I received a confirmation that the order had been delivered. It was obviously given to the wrong person. I am yet to get to the bottom of the problem
