I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL : My mum's 80th birthday, i ordered flowers (in good time) to be delivered the day before. Received an email from them saying 'unfortunately delivery failed'. When i contacted them to say that i had video evidence that no one had been to the door, they confessed that the flowers had been damaged in transit. So i am disgusted that they tried to hide their error by making it sound as we were not in, and also disgusted that no effort was made to ensure that the flowers would be delivered in a timely manner on the actual birthday, instead i was told about what the courier needs. Hint for good customer service - if your company has messed up, tell the upset customer what you CAN do for them, not what you cant!
