Ordered the Sapphire Galaxy bouquet and received plain tulips for my wife on our anniversary, some of which died after only a day or two.
Have emailed customer service with my order number and not received a reply. Also requested them to resend the correct ones using their automated system and these weren't received either.
Poor service.
