What went wrong???
Everything went wrong!
Not only were the flowers I ordered 3 days late!
The glass vase was broken and the flowers had wilted!!
How embarrassing and upsetting not only to the recipient but for me.
To make matters worse by enquiry regarding the missing flower delivery was not answered.
I would definitely not recommend Serenata Flowers.
Appalling customer service and quality of the flowers and receiving a broken vase too!!!
I am demanding a full refund and an apology.
