Avoid at all costs.
I ordered some flowers for my Great Aunt after her brother passed away. Firstly they said they have been delivered when they hadn't.
When I contacted them they arranged another delivery. The flowers arrived dead, with no petals or flowers attached. They had been ripped to absolute bits.
The driver handed them over knowing the state then ran off!!
This is not what you want when you are sending flowers to a bereaved family. The stress and further upset it has caused is unacceptable!!
