Absolutely appalling, do not buy from this company. I wish I hadn't. Forty pounds plus delivery and they were dead in a couple of days. Complained only to be told they needed a photo of the flowers up until five days of delivery. Who sits and takes photo's of sympathy flowers when visiting the deceased's family. We were able to get a photo but it was after the five days which the company said they needed. So they only think the flowers should last five days!!! What was supposed
to be a kind gesture turned out to be a complete embarrasment.
