If I could give zero stars, I would.
Sent flowers to a funeral that we could not attend due to Covid. What arrived was a tiny bunch in cellophane compared to the stunning arrangement that we selected based on the photographs on their website. Customer service didn’t even acknowledge or respond to my complaint, clearly they got their money and couldn’t care less.
Subsequently ordered from eflorist for another occasion, similar price bracket and they were AMAZING.
Don’t waste your money on Serenata!
