The flowers arrived but looked like they had been sat in a hot car all day and were wilted and sad. They never revived and had to be thrown out after 2 days.
As I was away I didn’t find out about it until after 5 days, at which point the company will not accept any feedback.
A very expensive way to upset loved ones when away from home!
I’d suggest using alternative providers.
