I ordered de-luxe version for a friends anniversary emailed twice to ascertain how many extra flowers could be expected for the extra money, automatic acknowledgement but no reply to my question. Flowers not delivered on requested day mailed my complaint (only way of contacting them ) No reply.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
